City Of Dreams is a modern RPG developed and designed by Mr Montmorency. Ebeeto has expressed interest in contributing to the project. The game is made in RPG Maker XP. This is the second project, but technically the first game, as Cave Story: Ashes To Ashes is a mod, not a game.
